Oil change and new tires Dale kept me informed of the progress in a timely manner, explained the options for new tires and offered a loaner car. After I expressed an interest Dale kept me informed of the progress in a timely manner, explained the options for new tires and offered a loaner car. After I expressed an interest in the 2019 RDX he was able to give me that as a loaner. He also went over the car features and answered all my questions. My service was completed in a timely manner and I was notified within 2 hours that my car was ready. Overall very satisfied with the service. Thank you. More
