The best customer service Not only was I able to get in on same day appointment but from when I called to set up the appointment to when I drove in and got attended by one of Not only was I able to get in on same day appointment but from when I called to set up the appointment to when I drove in and got attended by one of the service advisors the service from beginning to end was fantastic. How my wife was disrespected and wishes ignored Let me caution all senior citizens. Do not use this dealership under any circumstances. When they see elderly folks, Particularly Woman, they swoop in like ravenous vultures. My wife {77} yrs old. took our 2010 Nissan to Metro for a prepaid oil change. the estimate was $4.00 By the time Sergio Gonzales worked his magic they extracted $365.00 from her. all unauthorized either verbally or in writing. I spoke with Pamela about this issue and she told me she would research and call me back instead she had Sergio call me, He said my wife was a liar and that he was just doing his job. I then called Naveen who screens his calls. I left my number and asked his voice mail to return my call. no call back. are you getting the picture. LET THE BUYER BEWARE. More

Warning! If you buy a car they are great. But the moment something goes wrong good luck they have the worst customer service and mangers just stand there witho If you buy a car they are great. Just be careful when they tell you something wrong with your car take it to another shop to get checked they will try fix things that are not needed. Worst experience ever and I have been buying cars from them for 20 years I will never go back. And if say anything to them or complain they just till you to go somewhere else. More
