I walked in to the dealership expecting the worst as I have bought a few cars in my time. Vince Contreras was our sales person and was extremely polite and helpful. I took my car for it's first oil change today. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, I received the best customer service. The service department was informative when I arrived and the oil chane moment I arrived to the moment I left, I received the best customer service. The service department was informative when I arrived and the oil chane was done quickly plus I got a car wash. 3 different workers came up to me and asked me how I was doing and how I liked my car. I've never recieved service like this at any other dealships I've been to in the past. I'll be taking my car to Metro Nissan for all service from now on. I'm a stickler for good customer service and Metro Nissan did not dissapoint. I give them 5 stars!! More

I have never been so insulted in my entire life. I decided not to purchase a car after the negotiation process broke down because they offered several discounts that seemed to disappear in the final s decided not to purchase a car after the negotiation process broke down because they offered several discounts that seemed to disappear in the final stages. I thanked the sales people for their time and started to walk out. I then asked the financing person to shred my documents because I did not want my social security number and personal information sitting around their office. What happened next stunned me. A manager with curly hair, blue eyes, and a large build walked down his steps and asked me where they went wrong. This innocent question escalated when I pointed out that about $1500 disappeared from the discount offers. I asked him to shred my personal information and he said he would AFTER he got to get his point across. I reached over to the credit application and he yanked it out of my hands and said the paper was HIS property and it belonged to HIM I had already signed it and therefore it was HIS decision how it was used. I then requested that he shred my personal information and repeated himself. He would shred them AFTER he got his point across. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unheard of with in a customer-based business. My friend stepped in and said "don't talk to him like that" to which this sales manager snapped "I will talk to him however I want". He said he needs to shred the papers because he could get sued if he did not (wait a second... why are they starting to talk law suit?) however, I could watch him if I wanted to. I agreed but he crumpled the papers up and threw then in a bin without shredding and said "what are you still doing here?" and threw me out of the dealership. Who gets thrown out of a dealership for requesting their personal information like driver's license, home address, social security number gets shredded? This was probably because he never intended to follow through on my request. If my ID gets stolen I will know who to blame. Geeze... if they wanted to sell me the car they could have if they gave me every discount on the original document. Now I will never shop at Metro Nissan. I will never recommend Metro Nissan. I would also caution anyone to think twice when you give this company your personal information. After my story was posted on Facebook a friend said something very similar happened to her. I was lucky I guess because when she got upset after discounts disappeared in her final contract, she was disturbed enough by the dishonesty that she was threatened to be escorted off the lot by security guards. Luckily in the end she was allowed to leave on her own. A representative from the dealership eventually contacted me to offer an apology for the manager’s behavior. Thank you GianCarlo, it was big of you to apologize and I appreciate it. It was explained that the manager was actually not an employee of the dealership but he worked for an outside contracting company. If this is the case, it brings to light a very unpleasant and unknown practice: why is an unaffiliated individual given my records and personal information and nobody from the dealership stopped this person from harassing a customer in front of everyone on the lot? More
