I frequent this dealership for my regular maintenance, but this time around my service advisor was not good at all. It took 3 hrs. to get an oil change and tire rotation done for a scheduled appointment. but this time around my service advisor was not good at all. It took 3 hrs. to get an oil change and tire rotation done for a scheduled appointment. There was no communication from him once the intake was done, until I asked for a status update about 1.5hrs into the wait. While waiting, I saw multiple other service advisors come in frequently to update their clients. More
