Disorganized, rude, dishonest, and deceiving. Since I live near this place, I’ve been going regularly for basic maintenance and such over a year. When I tell you that I have never known a more u Since I live near this place, I’ve been going regularly for basic maintenance and such over a year. When I tell you that I have never known a more untrustworthy, lazy, inconsiderate, and unhelpful team…It blows my mind that their service advisors know nothing about mechanics, they don’t keep up with the paperwork you give them, and they don’t follow through with what they tell you. Case in point: I have a multi inspection done every time I have an oil change. I know they lie on the inspection because they said my brakes were good and they had been squealing and squeaking for a few weeks and they tell me my battery is fine even though i had it for a little over two years. A month later they say no “the battery’s fine,” and I said “no something’s wrong with my car, it keeps stalling.” Then my car shuts completely off after experiencing juddering (p17f1). I’m like…”this has to been an engine or transmission issue.” I go to Nissan and the technician looks at my car again and tells me and shuts me down saying, “that code don’t mean nothing. You’re transmission is fine. What? What CAR IS BUILT TO SHAKE and JUMP??? I told him I was afraid my car would break down, cause an accident, or something worse. He told me, “don’t worry about it.” Later, the car breaks down again. I had to push the car in the lot myself in 105 degree weather and when I gave Evan the service advisor, the claims extended warranty number, he calls another warranty company I have, whom I never asked him to contact. Mind you, he called a basic maintenance warranty I had when I purchased my vehicle. (I have two warranties.) That warranty at the time of purchase was completely separate from the third party extended warranty I informed Evan about. He had the wrong person come out and tell me I gotta pay $3000. I told him a week later that he called another number which I never gave him and I should only pay a $100 deductible. Then he calls back a day later and says, “I can’t claim the car because it’s mileage has expired.” What!? I gave him the extended warranty info again and then he finally makes the claim. Then to make matters worse, his GM Rob G, messages me one day to apologize for the inconvenience then the next day he calls me to yell and curse about how I’m having his employee jump through hoops. I expressed that I did all the leg work for Evan after I had called my endurance extended warranty like 5X that day and Rob G made it my fault that I didn’t do my part. FYI I called my extended warranty (endurance) and they said Evan still didn’t make a claim. WOW!!!I’ve been a loyal customer and I’ve been disrespected and actually sad that “professionals” would put somebody through all of this. DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! More

They made a fraudulent sale on a used truck because they got duped into buying it from a dishonest car owner. Found this out a month later when they asked for the truck back after selling it to us. They did make it right by making us a really great deal on a new truck. Unfortunately though at every corner this location has proven time and time again that they can't get their crap straight on the back end from financing to our personal info. It's been all over the place. I still don't know how they sold us a fraudulent truck to begin with. There are so many hoops to jump when buying/selling. At this point we're pretty fried with all the craziness we are still dealing with due to their lack of competence. More

I wante Hello to the Nissan of Dallas Team, I have to take my time out to thank you for your service that was completed on my vehicle this evening. I wanted to thank your service mechanic, Diego, for listening to my concerns and addressing my issue with my automobile. He was very responsive to my questions and I feel more confident about making my drive to Irving, Texas for work tomorrow morning. Thank you so much! More
I rate them a big fat zero!!! I went to the dealership to look at a used 2-door sports coupe. The car was damaged but they still pushed for me to buy it. I finally made it to my car to leave and was bombarde look at a used 2-door sports coupe. The car was damaged but they still pushed for me to buy it. I finally made it to my car to leave and was bombarded by my salesman, then 2 other men. They then pushed a new car on me to lease. I felt forced to sign a lease as all 3 employees crouched in the doorway of my car drilling me when I was trying to leave. After several hours at the dealership being tag teamed until I was mentally exhausted, I signed a lease, even an employee stated that was rough to watch and that I would probably regret having signed it! He no longer works there, I've been back to the dealership trying to get rid of a car I don’t like, that smells like plastic and is too big for my parking area, and had no luck. I told them my $6000 down payment was burned as soon as I drove off the lot in the car they forced on me! They agreed. I’ve consulted an attorney!! More
