You had my car for three days and he kept me continually apprised of the situation. I did not have to instigate any calls. He was completely transparent about costs and timeframes. I needed some repair work done. Jairo brought up the possibility my warranty would cover it and went through the process of making a claim. He explained how my costs and time would be affected if the claim was accepted or if it was denied so I had no surprises when the claim was denied. Jairo checked in with me regularly while I waited. They completed my repairs 1 1/2 hours earlier than promised. Under promise and overdeliver is a great business model to keep happy customers. I bought my Nissan from this dealership 3 years ago and have been delighted with them in each of my interactions since then. More
