I purchased a Certified Pre-owned 2018 Nissan Rogue. Prior to purchase I was given the carfax and there was a minor accident involving the front driver's bumper. Upon seeing the vehicle it appeared the Prior to purchase I was given the carfax and there was a minor accident involving the front driver's bumper. Upon seeing the vehicle it appeared the accident had been fixed and Nissan 127 pt inspection indicated such and it appeared in sight to be back to new condition. After driving for 1 week the bumper started to separate from the body of the vehicle and it was obvious that the repairs before sale was NOT done correctly. I immediately brought it to the dealerships attention. Long story short I now have had to obtain an attorney because Metro Nissan refuses to "JUST DO THE RIGHT THING". Very disappointed and will never buy again nor will I ever recommend them. More
My Service Advisor is always friendly and gives the best customer service that I have experienced in a long time. There was one other gentleman in the department I can't remember his name but he made me the customer service that I have experienced in a long time. There was one other gentleman in the department I can't remember his name but he made me the best cup if coffee. A truly satisfied customer.
