If I could give less than a 1 star rating, I certainly would. I purchased a vehicle from them two years ago. The vehicle died and I had to replace it. Since it is only 2 years from the purchase date, the dealership owes me the monies left over on my premium. I have repeatedly tried to reach someone in the finance department to get my money back and they have been blowing me off since December. No return phone calls, despite promises to do so. I've sent emails and still haven't heard back from them. I am getting ready to file a small claims suit if they do not get back to me. Beware. They're really nice when they want your money, but after that--they pretty much don't give a crap about you. More
