This is for sales, service dept is fine. I came in expecting $20k price advertised online, was told the price was $22k because of aftermarkets that are unwanted. One of which is pretty much useless (ikon), no one wants that. I also have an issue where the CarFax did not indicate that the car was owned by Avis at one point, which I didn't see until I got a copy of the CarFax after purchasing the vehicle. Damages were also not disclosed at all and I was left to find them after I got home. I have had to make WAY too many compromises for this vehicle and frankly I wish I could return it. See a list below of all the issues I have found so far, some of which are to be expected with a preowned, but some definitely should have been disclosed. - [ ] Drivers door frame is bent - [ ] Chipped paint on inter door frame - [ ] Broken rear air vents - [ ] Rattle in the dash - [ ] Cracked seat lock (Driver Side) - [ ] Electrical conduit in hatch is exposed - potential for electrical fire - [ ] Passenger window button does not work More
