Worst customer service ever! Sales will call, text nonstop even after telling them a few times you are busy until later in the afternoon. But after delivery of vehicle and they g Sales will call, text nonstop even after telling them a few times you are busy until later in the afternoon. But after delivery of vehicle and they get my money, they turn into a ghost. Many, many calls and texts from me get no response. When delivering new vehicle from dealership over 50 miles away it should arrive on a flatbed truck, not driven across town and arrive dirty. It's been over 3 weeks and I'm still waiting for my signed documents to be mailed to me. Paid cash for this vehicle and if I could return it and get my money back I would. Stay away from this dealership and unacceptable customer service. They get your money and run. They won't return your calls, texts or messages. More

Will Schmidt the finance manager made up for the lack of your sales associate. I filled up everything online all the credit applications put the down payment that we were going to pay everything and we were your sales associate. I filled up everything online all the credit applications put the down payment that we were going to pay everything and we were still there for almost 3 hours. Sales associate just kept taking his time and was not in a hurry to get us out there quick. Then the finance manager, Will, did an excellent job got us out quick and made up for the lack of the sales associate. If it wasn't for Will I would not recommend this dealership to any friends or family nor would I return but if Will's going to be the finance manager I'll be back. More
