I purchased my 2nd brand new Mazda there in February 2023, CX9. My 1st one was off the showroom floor and was a Mazda CX7. If this isn't my last car, I will buy my 3rd one there as well. More
I am honestly very surprised to see all of the positive reviews in relation to this dealership as my experience was far from positive. I will start off with a couple positives which is why I gave 2 versus reviews in relation to this dealership as my experience was far from positive. I will start off with a couple positives which is why I gave 2 versus 1 star. The dealership itself has a very large inventory, is very clean, and the sales experience was low pressure. Everything from this point forward is buyer beware in relation to this dealership. First off all cars on their lot have a GPS tracker installed called Ikon Connect. There are no dealer addendum stickers on any of their vehicles which references the device; It will be mentioned in passing by your salesperson. Then they will try to sneak it by you as a line item on the out the door price for $899. They will try to justify that it has an app with additional features beyond just GPS tracking but a Google search related to the device will tell you all you need to know about it. I had mine removed. Also be extremely weary and cautious with the finance department. I was presented a extended service and maintenance contract at one attractive price but on my finance contract it was listed at a price around $240 greater due to what was deemed in the days following as a "mistake". I questioned the dollar amount discrepancy at the time of signing and it was explained away as the taxes added to the original quoted price which was not fully the case as there was still a $240 discrepancy. I canceled the contracts but my payments are still at a higher level because of this as there was a straight refusal to tear up the original sales contract and start a new one due to the invalid numbers. The finance person confirmed the mistake but took no additional ownership other than trying to upsell the maintenance contract with the invalid surplus. I will leave my own opinions to myself on what I believe happened in the finance office but I'm sure the optics tell the potential story from an outsider's perspective. I would suggest going to any other Mazda dealership unless Metro has a specific version of a vehicle that only they have because of their large inventory If you do go to this dealership have an eagle eye out for everything they do as they are not to be trusted. I purposely left out individual names from this review in order to be respectful. More
