I wanted to look at the new CX 30. I bought two cars there two years before and I had three really bad experiences with the service department. I was just driving down and I just thoug I bought two cars there two years before and I had three really bad experiences with the service department. I was just driving down and I just thought I would pull in there and just take a look at the vehicles. Lynell came out and let me look at a couple vehicles. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had no intention of buying a vehicle that day. But of course I did. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice. I never felt pressure. It was the best and most relaxed carbine experience I’ve ever had from the time I arrive to the time I left was about two hours and 15 minutes. I will highly recommend people coming and visiting the dealership. More
The Salesperson (Leo) said untrue statements about the car. I saw the sales ticket and it stated a lower price than what I was quoted from Leo. I then try to renegotiate the price and he wasn't having it. Then he said that all the service would be free for about 48 months. Once he took us to the Finance person (Jose), Leo denied what he had said, and said the service was free for 12 months. My husband and I bought the car with the 48 months service agreement, along with a gap insurance policy just in case something happened to the car, Jose state the insurance would only cover about 70% and the gap insurance would cover the rest. I was praying about the car and I was trying to listen to the Lord. I think the Lord gave me a signal to buy and He would take care of the rest. Then I looked at the financial person and Jose isn't listed at all it is William Schmidt. I don't see Leo in sales. What is the problem? More
