I did not deal with Kaionte. The salesperson who assisted me was Armando and he was great. However, financing was exasperating. I was charged for PPM, VSA, and GAP, none of whi The salesperson who assisted me was Armando and he was great. However, financing was exasperating. I was charged for PPM, VSA, and GAP, none of which were disclosed during financing. (over $4,000) I only found out after the sale when reviewing the partial documents given to me on a zip drive. My digital signature was applied to documents not covered during financing. I was not provided with all the documents related to my purchase and had to request them after the fact. They only gave me page 1 of 3, page 1 of 13, etc. Of course, the missing pages included the instructions on how to cancel the erroneous add-ons they charged me for. Once discovered, I contacted them immediately, informed them that I did not want, nor agree to, the things that were added, instructed them to cancel/refund and of course got the run around. They subsequently supplied me with all the documents related to my purchase and I have followed the instructions for cancelling, which I should not have had to do. This is my 4th Mazda, so I am highly disappointed in this experience. It is very offensive because they kept saying I was such a valued Mazda customer. Really? More
