Amer was very personable. He’s newer and I’m happy he sold me on the car. Although it may not have been the intention, it was strange to be greeted by one gentleman and pushed onto another. However, Amer was awesome and connected with me as he was also a younger driver. He quite know the answers to my questions about the details of the car, but there’s always room for improvement for his next sale! The car is great, but I think some spots in the “cleaning” process were missed. I shouldn’t have to go get it detailed after leaving the lot. Customer service was 10/10 from Amer and the gentleman who walked us through the financial information. I appreciate Amer following up to complete the review as well.
