Shop around for Service! Shop around! I called Metro Lexus for a quote for 10k service, then called Akron/Canton for the same. A $200 difference in price! After calling Metro Shop around! I called Metro Lexus for a quote for 10k service, then called Akron/Canton for the same. A $200 difference in price! After calling Metro Lexus back they agreed to "honor" the price Akron/Canton Lexus had given me to keep my business. I was asked by one of Metro's service advisors if Akron/Canton Lexus was performing the same service because of the price difference, 10K mi service is the same no matter which dealership you use. I'm not as dumb as they think I am. Anyway, if you're reading this call around to other dealerships and get quotes before committing. I'd love to know how much I've overpaid over the years. I'm sure I'd be pretty upset if I knew. There's a reason Metro's dealership is as fancy as it is. More

All the staff that we interacted with were friendly and went out of their way to greet us and to make sure we had what we needed. The service department was responsive to our concerns and prompt. This vehicle is used for business deliveries and they had us back on the road in one day. Metro Lexus is not the closest dealership to us but it is well worth the drive! We really appreciate the care and attention from Chris Johnson and from MJ in Service. More
Very expensive service compared to my regular Lexus service center, very poor customer satisfaction - they listed many problems despite my Lexus dealer in Akron Canton giving a green-light to my car j service center, very poor customer satisfaction - they listed many problems despite my Lexus dealer in Akron Canton giving a green-light to my car just recently. Most importantly they gave the car back to me after the repair they did(cost me close to 1000 for just two oxygen sensors and fuel induction cleaning) with a broken part in the engine room (I took the car back to them to repair the part they broke and good for them! they repaired it without question - who knows how many internal parts they have broken). The most distressing part is when I called them the operator directs the call but, they did not want to answer my call despite me calling 6-8 times. I guess they are trying to avoid after listening the voice mail I left the previous day, but being a medical doctor I know how important it is to listen to your customers. Will not recommend they center for service unless you don't have a choice. As to me I will take my car back to the Akron/Canton service center and will never come back here. On the other hand I do not know about their sales department and I can not give any comment on that. More
