An Excellent Experience The Lexus Service Department is excellent, and, after service, my car was was returned in perfect condition. A positive experience! The service was performed in a outstanding manner. I was told that my 10k service would take about two hours. So I waited. SERVICE WRITER TOLD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT I WAS FULL OF **** First, I would like to say that this is defiantly a problem person within the dealership. My issue is with Mark in the service department. Along with First, I would like to say that this is defiantly a problem person within the dealership. My issue is with Mark in the service department. Along with whoever put in excessive tire pressure the day I bought the car. The day that I purchased it they allowed me to swap out my belongings from my trade in. While in the back I seen and heard the tech having problems with the tire light. I assumed the tech was setting the pressures to specification. I was wrong. After 2 weeks of having the car the tire light came on. I stopped at a shop and found out that the tire pressures were all 60-64 PSI EXCEPT right rear. It was at 28 PSI. This is because the dealership over inflated all the tires so the tire light would stay off for a while. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I took it in yesterday morning. When I arrived I was meet by Mark. He took my vehicle 30 feet through the next garage door and began talking to another guy. I heard Mark tell another employee that he's mad about the car. Stating I was crazy and that no way it had over 60 psi. I removed myself and the vehicle from the dealership. Completely disrespectful. I tried calling and speaking to management about this 2 times before writing this post!!!!! I left 2 messages. I will also be contacting the BBB. If you want the real deal about this dealer look at yelp!!!! I should have! More
