I have dealt with Kevin through the either leasing or purchasing of 5 Lexus. He is personable, knowledgeable and gracious. Every question about the difference in features between my 2015 RX350 and the purchasing of 5 Lexus. He is personable, knowledgeable and gracious. Every question about the difference in features between my 2015 RX350 and the new 2020 RX350 was answered completely and in understandable terms. Kevin is the perfect sales representative as he reacts courteously with both the public and his fellow team members. The entire atmosphere of the dealership is one of first class treatment of potential and existing clients. From the receptionists' pleasant greetings to the efficiency of the service department representatives, the client is meant to feel welcome and important. I recommend a visit to Metro Lexus. More

Rob, not only did a great job when I purchased the vehicle, but he always stops by to say hello and ask how I am enjoying the car when I have it in for a service. Steven in the service department hand vehicle, but he always stops by to say hello and ask how I am enjoying the car when I have it in for a service. I wanted to just drop off my car and find a quiet place to Do my homework but service wasn’t going to take long so there was no point in getting a loaner (which Michael offered). BC the place was being remodel/construction, space was very tight. I wanted to ask for a car but Michael found me a nice quiet office to work in, which is awesome and very much appreciated. Definitely will be back for more service here. Thank you to Pete for sharing is office with me, made me feel very welcomed. More

We were going to view some of the beautiful waterfalls the local area has to offer. When all the sudden. BOOM...The driver side rear tire blew out. We were at least a mile and a half from the nearest exit. There was no shoulder over this bridge. Traffic was raging behind as well as past us. Finally we made the exit. I got out and look at the rim where rubber used to be. I change the rim to the spare. It was a Sunday. Nobody was open " luckily". If I could of found anything open I would of just got the tire"s" put on and down the street we would of rambled. We had time to reflect and discuss who all to call in the morning. After calling a place called "Tire Guy" he got us thinkin. He mentioned all wheel drive sensors. Which is something I never thought of. That's when we called Metro Lexus. They quoted us right around the same price he did. The first person we met was Jeff Miller. Not enough great words to say about this man! He made a bad situation bearable to deal with. Was a true professional at all levels. Not at all stuck up or a stiff person! Knowing it is gonna take a couple few he lends us a car 8 years newer. And a galaxy nicer than the one we brought in for service. My wife and I are walking around at the cultural gardens. When my phone rings. It is Jeff letting me know that one of the sensors is indeed bad as well as my brake line. They will not be able to fix it until the parts arrive in the a.m. NOT A PROBLEM for us. We have one last night in the area anyway. I then get a call back with in seconds. It was Jeff again. He said there is a recall on the airbags. Since we will have it overnight. Were gonna take care of that at no extra charge. What a guy! Goes above and beyond! Didn't have to give me that sweet loner. Didn't have to fix my airbags. All and all when my car was done. I left the Metro Lexus felling a little better about the purchase I had made less than a year ago. I was a little rattled Sunday. By the time we left Tuesday. And after the tire discount from the brand I chose.It was in fact less expensive than any other quote we got. We are back home safe, and grateful! Thanks Jeff! More
