I purchased a used Toyota Tundra from this dealership December 2012. My accountant needed a copy of the purchase agreement and I could not find it in my files. I left two voice mails and got commitments December 2012. My accountant needed a copy of the purchase agreement and I could not find it in my files. I left two voice mails and got commitments from two other employees of this dealership stating they would get a copy of the purchase agreement to me. Misael Minaya was the finance guy that handled the transaction and he will not repond to my voice mails or my e-mails even though he told me to call him if I ever needed anything. Misael does not live up to his commitments, is not a business professional and does not deserve to work at a Lexus dealership, he is better suited to a a used car lot. I did have a good experience with the sales person though, his name is Bosco and was very helpful through the sales process, I would work with him again if I didn't have to deal with Misael again.
