He’s genuine and professional , never pushy. I found it interesting that he never put down or bashed the German brand that was a first choice ad I was actually entourages out to that dealer when I stopped in. James introduced me to managers Peter Mapp and JeffSustetsic who also were friendly genuine and professional. My next experience was with finance manager Dave Weaver, again friendly and very helpful. Any staff I encountered exhibited the same courtesy. I decided on a ES 350 for the exceptional product. As James an I were walking out we entered a room with quite a few staff and a car with a cover on it, everyone started cheering and clapping and the cover pulled off showing my new ES. Amazing!!!
