Prior to my lease ending, I was in touch with both Pete S. and Victor to set up a I couldn’t have asked for a better second experience at Metro Lexus! Prior to my lease ending, I was in touch with both Pete S. and Victor to set up an appointment while I was on vacation from work. When I showed up to my appointment, I knew immediately that I would be getting a well-prepared for, personalized experience. Pete and Victor worked together to help me through the decision making and application processes. Finance was busy that day, which was no problem—Victor came to check on me multiple times and even offered to go grab me lunch while I waited. While i was waiting I also talked with Michael G. for a few minutes—even though it was a busy day I really appreciated him stopping to say hello! Once I got to finance Michelle moved the process along in a very timely fashion, she was so friendly and easy to work with as well! My SUV had to be delivered, but I always felt in the loop and was still in contact with the team while awaiting its arrival. Even the delivery of my vehicle was personalized—I was met by both Victor and Pete in addition to the entire Lexus team to congratulate me on my new purchase. I’ve had my new vehicle for about a week and Victor has already checked in multiple times to ensure that I know how to use everything and am completely satisfied with my purchase.
