Told him I would be over Sat. to see car.Asked him to have it inside so I could see it out of the weather. I arrived and was greeted by a well dressed salesman who had so much food stuffed in his mouth his cheeks were bulging and I couldn't understand a word he said. Larry came in and told me car was still outside. Waited 20 mins. and he said car was all cleaned up. He meant they had brushed the snow off. Car was wet and dirty and I couldn't see the finish well. He then ran it through the wash and I saw it again. Forty mins. of wasted time after I drove 2 hours. The wash revealed many flaws in the finish and damage to the rear end.Larry offered me no info. on the car and when I asked questions he had to check. He made me feel he was doing me a favor showing me the car. I had cash in my pocket and was a ready buyer. Maybe my jeans and Carharts made the wrong impression. More

Don't buy from Metro Lexus If there are any problems with the Lexus you have purchased they do not care about the customer. I saw a vehicle I was interested in so I gave them a call. I talked to a lady by the name of Shannon Bauer. She asked me what kind of vehicle I was interested in. I asked her about the ES 350. She explained to me about the vehicles they had in their inventory. She sent me pictures and videos of the vehicles inside and out. I was sold right there. Shannon's professionalism and attentive details to my car buying experience over the Internet was Awesome!We drove to Cleveland, Ohio to pick our Lexus up, which was clean and detailed and waiting for us in the front of the dealership. We drove it back to West Virginia. Anyone who is looking to buy a Lexus should give them a call first or look at their inventory online. You will not regret it.
