SERVICE WRITER TOLD ANOTHER EMPLOYEE THAT I WAS FULL OF **** First, I would like to say that this is defiantly a problem person within the dealership. My issue is with Mark in the service department. Along with whoever put in excessive tire pressure the day I bought the car. The day that I purchased it they allowed me to swap out my belongings from my trade in. While in the back I seen and heard the tech having problems with the tire light. I assumed the tech was setting the pressures to specification. I was wrong. After 2 weeks of having the car the tire light came on. I stopped at a shop and found out that the tire pressures were all 60-64 PSI EXCEPT right rear. It was at 28 PSI. This is because the dealership over inflated all the tires so the tire light would stay off for a while. I contacted the dealership and they told me to bring it in. I took it in yesterday morning. When I arrived I was meet by Mark. He took my vehicle 30 feet through the next garage door and began talking to another guy. I heard Mark tell another employee that he's mad about the car. Stating I was crazy and that no way it had over 60 psi. I removed myself and the vehicle from the dealership. Completely disrespectful. I tried calling and speaking to management about this 2 times before writing this post!!!!! I left 2 messages. I will also be contacting the BBB. If you want the real deal about this dealer look at yelp!!!! I should have! More

He paid top dollar for the Lexus and was given a lowball value for his trade-in. My mother-in-law had purchased for Lexus IS from that dealership in the last 16 years and I don't think my family will ever go back to using them again. More

We were initially impressed with the showroom and the sales staff. They were friendly, courteous, extremely knowledgeable about their products, and eager to answer our questions. The experience did not feel like a sales transaction; no pressure. Once we found a vehicle we were interested in and I wanted more information about it's history, the sales consultant had the vehicle brought into the service department. I was blown away by the cleanliness and modern facility. It was truly a great experience. The salesperson brought over a technician familiar with the vehicle and answered all my questions. A Service Department consultant pulled the service records for the vehicle and discussed them at length. I have never had this level of attention by a dealership. My wife and I came away with a new perspective about how a car purchase should go, and a certified used Lexus. Wow! More

Bosko greeted us and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patiently spent his entire day to help me make my decision. i was torn between the RX or ES models, having had suv's for the last 20years, i was interested in a car for a change. It was a tough decision- what's not to love about them all! but i went with the ES. I will definitely be back, and now my husband wants to trade in his current suv for a lexus suv option. More
Don't trust them I was looking for a used GS350. I contacted Paul and he said he would contact me if he got one. He called me about a week later after he got a car t I was looking for a used GS350. I contacted Paul and he said he would contact me if he got one. He called me about a week later after he got a car that met my requirements. He didn't have the car ready so I couldn't go look at it that day but he said it would be ready on Saturday and that he would hold it for me, so we set up an appointment for that Saturday. When the day came, I sent him a text to let him know we were on time and would be there in about an hour. He responded by telling me that the car had already been sold. I told him that I thought the car was on hold and he said it was but somebody sold it anyway the day before. Very poor business practices. I won't give them my business in the future. More
