My experience with the service department for the last 8 years was at the very least pleasurable. I will never buy from any other dealership for the rest of my life. Caring and thoughtful salesman! We were impressed from the moment we met David Shahrokh because his first questions and comments focused on what we were looking for. He did not assu We were impressed from the moment we met David Shahrokh because his first questions and comments focused on what we were looking for. He did not assume that we wanted to give him our driver's license immediately for a test drive. Instead his focus was on what our needs were and how our "journey" had been going as we looked for used SUV's. Upon showing us the used Lexus RX, he did not make inane comments when we expressed concern over a very minor flaw or asked for more information concerning tire tread or brake levels. After being to at least a half dozen other Lexus dealerships that often immediately gave us the typical story that someone was just looking at this car or that, of course there are flaws because the car is used - insinuating that we were are being too critical in our outlook. Instead, David listened carefully to our comments and concerns and immediately acted interested in whatever we said, promptly determining what could be done to satisfy us. The 2016 Lexus RX was in excellent "in show" condition. One minor yet glaring flaw was a stone nick in the metal piece surrounding the front grill. It was obvious that the whole piece would have to be replaced. Though we purchased the RX with that flaw, we were excited to learn later that Metro Lexus decided to replace the piece for us - at no expense to us! It was a nice surprise on the day that we picked up our RX. My husband was enjoying buying such a nice SUV and commented that he would like to have a Lexus ballcap. Before we left on the day of purchase, David handed him a Lexus ballcap for free, adding to our fun that day. From the moment we arrived David put our interests first. He continued to do so by keeping in touch with us through email and follow-up phone calls. He was never overbearing and did not push for a sale. Instead he let us express what we thought and he truly listened, never just repeating tiresome sale pitches like those we had experienced at other Lexus dealerships. David truly seems to enjoy his sales position which made us feel well cared for, comfortable, and relaxed about our RX purchase. This dealership also surprised you with a congratulations event on the day that you got your car. David even made that more fun by taking his photo with us beside our RX. Best experience ever! Definitely worth the drive to Metro Lexus from Columbus, Ohio to work with a salesman that truly cares that you are happy and satisfied. We will definitely be back to this dealership because of our enjoyable experience with David Shahrokh. More

Best car salesman I have ever had. Bosco is by far the best car salesman I have ever had. I have bought a lot of cars. This is my fourth Lexus. He is super nice very respectful. Aunre is a great guy who went above and beyond to make my car buying experience a great one. Aunre is a genuine guy and he kept me updated on every step of the process. He was also extremely patient working with me on the financing and even brought paperwork to my office for me to sign saving me a trip to the dealership.
