Don't buy a car from them I bought a used car from them and test drove it and it worked fine no lights or anything. They said I couldn't drive it home because they order some parts. I signed a paper saying everything on the car has been checked for problems. So I received my car a few days later and the tpm light is on and there's a stain it the seat that wasn't there before. I ask what parts were added he said none they were doing safety checks. Even though I signed a paper saying they were done already and everything worked. The car needs a new tpm $150 and kia has done nothing to fix it when it broke when they were delivering it. I paid for a car with working gauges and the car was delivered in a different condition. They said it was my problem not there's. Don't buy from kia. More
Not very honest. When the time will come to have service on your Kia car. They will tell you lies about the warranty. Seeing how we are from out of town we wanted to pick up the car when it was complete so we didn't have to drive back and forth.a week later after several promises we got the car.it was dark out and the next day I started looking over my wife's new car.once again the detailing was pathetic,in fact the inside was never done and the outside was inexcusable.remember they had this car for a extra week and had ample time to get it right and we found a small dent.i was on the phone immediately and talked too a.j,I was told to bring the car back and they would take care of things.i told him the night before that I wanted it taken care of all the same day,detailing ,and pdr.no problem! As I wastold.well my wife is coming home without her new car,go figure.i even went up there and talked to aj to reinforce the need to get it done in one day..I won't even get in to the finance people.its just as bad as the detail shop.we been back and forth with signatures that they missed on the paperwork.lol.the only person so far that had his act together is ion,our sales person.they offered to deliver the car to our house but the more I think about it maybe not a good idea,it will be dark outside and that would be a easy way out if things are done correctly..I am really hoping they got it right,the xxxx may hit the fan. MOST UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE OF MY LIFE n my 40 years I have never dealt with such unprofessional and rude service. They ruined the interior of my car, after I purchased it and went back to n my 40 years I have never dealt with such unprofessional and rude service. This is a family business, so the service manager is the sales manager's brother, so they defend it each other to the death even knowing they are in the wrong. I took my car to two detailers to get photos and proof that they did indeed stain and ruin my interior. When I took it back to them they originally admitted that they used the extraction machine wrong (not hot), but then said it was "wear and tear'. When I talked to Adam (the sales manager), and told him politely I was more than willing to send pictures and the report of the detailer I hired, he literally said "You are lying, you hired this guy..it's your word against ours, and I DON'T CARE", and then hung up on me. The other sales manager who is also my sales guy's brother...then told me "The reason you're getting such absent and rude service is that the service manager's daughter has cancer". Now how are customers supposed to know that?? As much as I feel for them as a family...they are still running a business, and need to call their customers back, not be so horrendous on the phone with them, and take responsibility for their actions. I can't even believe how horrendous of a situation this has turned out. The detailing department is the worst I have ever dealt with. Truly...unless you are buying a 2017 vehicle, and don't plan on ever servicing it there or dealing with any issues...DO NOT GO HERE. I am filing a report with the BBB TODAY, and taking them to Small Claims Court. NEVER have I been spoken to by any management team in such regard, THE WORST. Seriously...save yourself the trouble. I bought a 2015 Kia Soul, and thankfully I can take this car to another Kia dealership. More

Ken Wall was very helpful, if a little inexperienced at the time, and I would not hesitate to recommend him. He was more than accommodating in tracking down a vehicle that allowed me to get my questions answered, and was more than ready to go out for a test drive, though I did not have time that particular day. However, there were some signs that this dealer is still a work in progress - posters stuck to the wall instead of in frames, kind of a "warren" of cubicles, that sort of thing. More

Uses misleading & false information and deceptive practices This dealership will use misleading information and fail to disclose everything as required by law in order to make a sale. When presented with evidence of their use of false information to make a sale, the dealership refuses to work with its customers to make it right. The sales manager, sales agent, and general manager instead will all yell at the customers on the sales floor and refuse to sit down and have a reasonable conversation about the issue. I have never been treated so poorly by a place of business and would never trust any sale from this dealership. They engage in deceptive behavior in order to hide known issues with vehicles as well as provide false information in response to questions in order to make a sale. Stay clear of this business. More
Doesn't back warranties. Abhorrent customer service! They will not back their warranty. And they are completely incapable of detailing a car. My father purchased a brand new Oprima here over a year ago and it has been in and out of their service department for months due to ugly defects in the paint. It appears that something in the metal of the hood is reacting with the paint and causing spots to appear. They took it in and took 3 months to repaint a couple areas, becuse every time my father went to pick the car up, he found new obvious scratches in the paint placed there by incompetent detailers. The paint spots are back, so repainting isn't the solution. Replacing the hood is. But they refuse to stand by their warranties and support a customer who bought a brand new car from them. Just to save $500. What pathetic business practices! A new car should be I'm perfect condition, no questions asked. Stay away from this dealer! And check your car for scratches if they ever service it! Metro kia, contact me if you'd ever like to make this right. More
Careful of your credit pull They ask you to fill out info before giving you trade in or car pricing. They use it to knock you down on trade in and then if you are at all resistant - you won't even get numbers; they will just not return calls or requests. Most horrific experience buying a car ever. Loyal kia person but changing brands because I can't believe kia would allow their way of doing biz. More
