Wish I can give negative stars. Never had this issue. Been going to Honda for the past 3 years and never had an issue with service advisors. He told me to go to the window to pay that my keys was there... IT WASNT. He sent someone else with my stuff. I Wish gabe or will was there they are my go too people when I need to get my car serviced. I will make sure next time to contact them before encountering someone who doesn’t like their job More
