I came to get radio fixed as it had some static. They didn’t have parts. Was called to come back still didn’t have parts on second visit. Worst experience ever for my first and last time! Took my 2018 Honda Accord Sport in because my ac condenser went out. I explained to the service advisor William Gonzalez that I could afford to be without a 2018 Honda Accord Sport in because my ac condenser went out. I explained to the service advisor William Gonzalez that I could afford to be without a vehicle as he explained that they had no loaners at the moment but that he can get someone to drop me off and send someone that same day to pick me up! 6 o’clock hit and I decided to call to see what’s going on, someone gives me a fake name and tell me that service is closed and that I can come in tomorrow. The next day I call to spark with William again my service advisor and guess what…. He doesn’t work on Tuesdays! I get to the service center and ask to speak with Chris who I guess is the manager and he doesn’t give me the time of day and I get handed to another associate who I’m guessing has Tourette’s because he was blinking a lot. Tell me that I need a new ac condenser and that it’s on back order! No eta time, no effort to see if another service has it, NOTHING! I grab my keys and go about my business. Call metro Honda the next day to see if William Gonzalez was available and a young lady transferred me to another service advisors number who didn’t pick up! Called back another three more time because she was picking, I’m guessing she seen my number and then took my information down and said she would hand it to William herself. 24hrs later still no phone call with a eta on the part or any apology or any courtesy. So I made an appointment at dch academy old bridge and guess what… I got a loaner, they had the part and my car got fix! Went in the morning, got a call that they found another dealer with the part in the afternoon, left the car, got the loaner, and I was only there for about 15 minutes. I think metro Honda should re train there associates. Get it together very unprofessional! More
