Overall, service is ok. I had two issues that I usually don’t have with other dealers such as Nissan and Toyota because I do have two more cars. First, the paper that I signed and break down my payment has don’t have with other dealers such as Nissan and Toyota because I do have two more cars. First, the paper that I signed and break down my payment has an extra $10 which the advisor did not tell me about. Second, there is no explanation for what things need to be fixed. I had a service with other dealer for my other car. I can tell the difference. They stated what they recommend for my car. Just in case if I want to fix it later. But Honda Metro just called me and said on the phone and did not specify which tire need to be replaced. He just said passenger tire. More
