Metro Honda - Service Center

Rep was great he got me in and out. I was never told over the phone it would be a 4 hour wait for oil change. I was told I could wait as I scheduled my appointment around my work meeting time. I usually don’t complain but yesterday the service advisors was walking and talking to each other,while myself and two other customers was waiting to serviced.
