5 hours for a oil change is ridiculous. The guy said it would take 2 hours which I was cool with . After hour 4 I asked if it was ready and it still wasn’t . If he would’ve told me 5 hours I would’ve just would take 2 hours which I was cool with . After hour 4 I asked if it was ready and it still wasn’t . If he would’ve told me 5 hours I would’ve just went home and come back. And then they put a lisence plate holder on my car without my knowledge .
