Dealership never returns any of your phone calls and gives and excuse everytime as to why something isn't covered by warranty when it should. More

I had an appt and it took 2 hrs for them to check the codes and tell me it wasn’t covered under the warranty. Told me that it would take the same process if I have to bring it back to just check the code More
