Car was stalling. Towed my car there Friday. Was called on Saturday and told nothing was wrong with it. I asked them to look again because it’s shutting off at lights. They agreed and said will keep it til on Saturday and told nothing was wrong with it. I asked them to look again because it’s shutting off at lights. They agreed and said will keep it till Monday. On Monday, I couldn’t get anyone to talk to me. They kept bouncing me around on the phones and sending to me voicemails. All I wanted was an update, that’s all! How long it was going to take so I could communicate that with my job. On Tuesday I was called to pick it up. I did and then drove it around for a couple of hours when the check engine light popped up. Had to take it back again. Mind you, I don’t live close to your location. I ended up missing 3 days of work, 5 days without my car over all. I requested a loaner/rental, was told no several times. To contrast, my BFF bought her car from Toyota Hackensack. Last month she went in for an oil change, they told her while they had her car, they would fix all the recalls. Was going to take about a day, so they automatically gave her a loaner, without her even requesting one. 2 totally different experiences. And I know where I’m going for my upgrade. Was honestly going to get a Pilot with you guys, but not after this experience More

Not at all happy with the service offered by metro Honda. I bought my car just one month back and have already visited the dealer 3 times already to fix the same issue.
