I’ve been coming to metro Honda since 2007 and I’d always had a good experience. My last visit was the worst. I had schedule an appointment and I told the lady everything I wanted them to look into on my car had a good experience. My last visit was the worst. On 8/31/21 I dropped off my car in around 8am and told the guy that was assisting me the same thing I told the lady over the phone. I asked the guy would my car be done before 3pm bc I need to pickup my kids from school and he said yes. Normally they what give me a courtesy call let me know what else needs to be done to my car and did I want to get those services, not one call from anybody at Honda. In fact I had to call Honda myself to get an update on my vehicle. When I spoke with the guy he told me that nothing was done to my car yet and that he was at the parts store getting parts for my car but he never gave me a courtesy call letting me know what’s going on with my car and how much it would be. So I spent the whole day with no car and no services done from 8AM to 3PM and they did NOTHING for the inconvenience and my time wasted. More

I have a honda accord 2019 sport , i lost control of the gas prdal while i am driving and got few break errors , the errors gone before i go to the dealer service and they check the car and told me Nothing gas prdal while i am driving and got few break errors , the errors gone before i go to the dealer service and they check the car and told me Nothing wrong and once i left the same problem happen again , they didn't take my issue seriously now the car keep doing the same issues and the codes keep come and go and i don't know what to do , i am scared to take me on this car because i am scared to get accelearation issue again More

Though I do not have a set scheduled appointment, the valet personnel professionally advise and took me in. I was very impressed and thankful for not turning me away. My recent visit with Honda was not as rewarding as before. The person who assisted me was very courteous and knows his job very well. However, I was in at 7:30 AM and out at past 2:00PM. On my way home, there was a “whizzing “ sound like air coming out , every time I stepped on the gas. I went back to the dealer…it was already closed, but a gentleman from the shop came over and asked what’s wrong, then he tested the break and gas pedal. Took the vehicle back to the shop and did something. Anyway, that gentleman repaired it and today, I’m still observing my vehicle. I would like to thank that gentleman but I wasn’t able to get his name. (No extra charge)May God bless him! More

Requires 4 trips instead of 2. The service center gave me an appointment for an airbag recall replacement for 02SEP2021 (Trip #1). I checked in with the service manager at the appointed time. After an hour, an appointment for an airbag recall replacement for 02SEP2021 (Trip #1). I checked in with the service manager at the appointed time. After an hour, I asked him for an update. At that time he informed me that the part was unavailable and had to be ordered. It costs me 2 hours each way to the dealership, which should have ordered the part first, then given me the appointment; failing that, he shouldn’t have checked me in; failing that, he should have informed me of the missing part as soon as he knew, rather than waiting an hour for me to request an update. After the part arrived, I made another appointment for 06SEP2021 (Trip #2). The work was done, but, for some reason, they couldn’t give me my paperwork, but promised to mail it to me instead. After I drove off, I noticed my SRS light on, and called the dealership. They said I could return and ask the technician about it. I did (Trip #3), and learned that there was another defect that was under lifetime warranty, and could be fixed without charge, but they didn’t have the part. I will have to return (Trip #4). This could all work have been accomplished in 2 trips instead of 4. To their credit, they promised in Trip #1 to give me a free oil change at Trip #2, and kept their word. That’s what the second star is for. More
