I live in Brooklyn, made appointment for services because the local mechanics were booked for weeks, and in middle of the way they called to cancel with an excuse that they are understaffed. I made an appointment a few days later, called them to confirm that i will be serviced, and they said “sure, come over.” I arrived after an hour drive, and they again said they are overbooked and understaffed. It didn’t matter that they already canceled my appointment once, or that I specifically called to confirm that they will service my car or the fact that I came all the way from brooklyn. Would’ve given zero stars if it was possible. Brandon is the guy who would not take care of my car. More

Your technician William is the worst. He doesn't know how to treat people. He is condescending and rude. I left my car on a Thursday September 2nd. 2021 at 10 for a flat tire and kept calling all day and Fri to treat people. He is condescending and rude. Due to work I couldn't go in person until Saturday morning that I finally met a decent human being and employee Elvis who actually updated me on my car status and helped me get my car fixed as soon as he could. I picked up my car on Tuesday September 7th afternoon almost a week after leaving it because your horrible employee William didn't have the decency to call me with an update either on Thursday or Friday. You shouldn't have an employee like William working for your company. And should give a raise to the nicest guy Elvis Orellana who actually works because he likes what he does and has an amazing customer service skills. More

Jonathan Torres was in charge of my car since it got towed in last Tuesday. I had to keep calling him and even speak to and leave messages with his coworkers in order for him to get back to me concernin towed in last Tuesday. His answering machine is full and he would continue to say that he would call me back for updates when we would finally speak on some mornings but never call back for the rest of the day. Then Friday comes and they didn’t even replace the battery yet in which was the main thing wrong with the car. I had to reach out to coworkers again and try to contact management for him to call me back immediately once he heard that I was asking for management on Monday morning & found out that the battery had already been done & he was waiting on a part to come in that was not at all stopping my car from functioning. I literally just had to tell him that I’m coming to pick up my car and I will pay for what was already done because of the lack of communication. I’m extremely disappointing because I received really bad customer service and I am an advocate for giving people their flowers and protecting people from getting in trouble with management but I told him when I picked up the car that this was definitely unacceptable More
