WORST SERVICE IN THE ENTIRE WORLD. Call 20 times a day, spend an hour getting passed back and forth between outdated systems and get promised ETAs and updates by at least 3 different people (including the spend an hour getting passed back and forth between outdated systems and get promised ETAs and updates by at least 3 different people (including the manager you escalated to) ONLY TO HAVE LITERALLY EVERY PROMISE EVER MADE TO YOU BROKEN!!! Report this feedback repeatedly and get brushed off and laughed at. All while keeping my car for three weeks without a loaner... for $500 damage I still don’t have an ETA on. And the best part? You tried to TOTAL MY CAR OUT WITHOUT EVEN LOOKING AT IT... after lying to be multiple times and saying you had! Award winning service... right!!! More

Since I became a Honda customer in 2018, I visited one other service center and had an horrible experience. I decided to come here and I usually work with Elvis when he’s available. He is always kind and straightforward about my service needs. I don’t feel haggled when he explains services needed as he always points out the priority of any needed work. He is also considerate of my time and tries to get me out as quickly as possible. Lastly, there is a new service manager/director who was equally attentive. I believe his name is Pete, if not I apologize. However, he is very noticeable because out of the 3.5 yrs I’ve been coming here, I’ve never seen service director waiting in the service area being available to support his team and greet customers. Great Job! More
