I left my portable GPS in the car for service dropoff. Picked up the car the next day, the GPS was not there. The guy said to call the next day to see if they have it. Its been 2 months I have called many times and each time they either refer me to someone else or say they don't have it. If i'm giving them a $30k car to service with all expensive parts and all, why should I have to worry about a 200 dollar GPS device? My stupidity and forgetfulness but they employ people who are not trust worthy.... The service center people are neither helpful or concerned about this issue.... which i feel is what a customer service is all about. I purchased my car from them 5 years back and have serviced it many times. I will not go back to them again. More

Get dropped off and picked up by a friend/family member. i've been trapped in the Metro Honda waiting room and their WiFi blocks almost every website i try to access including Facebook, Foursquare, Pinterest and Flickr among many, many, many others. there's a poster on the wall saying that they have an anti-social media policy. wonder if this is to prevent people from reviewing Metro Honda while a bad experience is still fresh in their mind. so i'm trapped in the waiting room and their WiFi block list has prevented me from doing any work today. so i'm using my 4 hours in their waiting room to write warnings and tips telling people about their restrictive WiFi. I have had great experience so far with service. They have great customer service. I did not buy my car at this dealership but i get my car serviced here. My service writer name is "Juan Gallego" great service points you out with what you have to do and does not try to rip customers of. He has satisfied me with the service he has offered me. I have also recommended a few friends as well to "Juan" and they also have good things to say about him and his work. They are satisfied with the work that is done and the way that customer service treats there customers. I recommend for people to get there car serviced here. They have great service and will get the work done the rite way. These people at Metro Honda know how to welcome there customers and will guide you on what you need done. They have kept me happy with there loyalty there for I will stay a loyal customer. More
I had very great experience at the dealerships service department. I brought my 2004 honda civic in for an oil change. They got to work on my car as quick as possible. The service writer "rachel" informed me that my car needs work. They go by a multi point inspection, which they inspect the whole car. When I spoke to the service writer, the mechanic "jose" was next to her. The mechanic who was so kind, he kindly brought me to my car and showed me what I needed. I needed rear pads and to cut the rear rotors. Also what scared me the most that he showed me ,was that my pass. rear caliper was leaking. This is very dangerous , I assume especially when I have kid. I approved the repairs, and got my car back as soon as i expected. The technician was very nice, very informative, and showed alot of respect towards my car......like if it was his own. I would recommend this dealership for service........ More
My car had a engine block recall. at first Service department did not tell me right away whats going on my car. my car had a lick and was smoking on my car's engine and they want me to pay $100+for a department did not tell me right away whats going on my car. my car had a lick and was smoking on my car's engine and they want me to pay $100+for a diagnose. so I decided not to pay too much for just a diagnose so i called my friend who knows a repair guy who can look for my car so I drove my car let other auto repair look at it and in 1 minute they saw whats the problem, they saw the crack on my car's engine just like that but METROHONDA which I thought i can rely on and more professional but they were not. they want me to spend 2 days to wait just to diagnose my car compare for 1 minute. my another bad experience on their service was when they found out my car had a recall i thought they will loan me a car(which they have to...) and they said i have to make a 7 days ahead for reservation, what the heck was that?! I JUST FOUND OUT THAT DAY MY CAR HAD A RECALL and they said they can fix my car for two days! what the heck was that?! very obvious they have a very bad service to their customers i hope i'm not the only one. I am a loyal customer of METROHONDA i bought 3 cars from this dealership and they are all PAID OFF! and this is what i get from THEM a A VERY BAD SERVICE.! obviously I'm not gonna buy a car from this dealer anymore! eventhough i love HONDA cars. I just drove in because my rear bumper was dragging on the ground from an accident. Henry had one of ghr guys jump on it and secure it until I am able to leave it. Had a 2 hour wait on an oil change with an appointment made. Then they wonder why i get my maintenance done at local auto bodies instead of bringing my car in for servicing at the dealership. Perhaps the employees should work on getting the cars out the door instead of parading around the cafe for the free bagels and coffee left out for the customers. Upon completion of the servicing, I approached the checkout where I was assisted by another employee who was blatantly playing with her blackberry as she rang me up. This place is a joke, get your servicing done elsewhere. More

This place is amazing, my son was stuck on his way home from scohhl last Sunday, they took him in and got his 2003 Civic running in less than an hour. Charged me $76.00 and he was back home to Philly in pe from scohhl last Sunday, they took him in and got his 2003 Civic running in less than an hour. You always hear nightmare stories of being stuck on the road and being taken advantage of, NOT at Metro they we quick, honest and know their business. My only regret is that we don't live closer, because I would definitely use them for all my car servicing. More
