bad experience Went there for winter wheels installation and oil change. I was told to wait for 1 hour but instead was waiting for almost 2 hours. The wheels were installed but TPMS was not reset and when I checked pressure in tires it showed 40 psi (the normal pressure is 32 psi). Have to go back. :( By the way, prices are also high but it is the closest official service center. More

Metro Honda scammed soldier I recently got back from a deployment and haven't got my car serviced in a year, so I went in for an oil change. With the purchase of my car (2012 Hon I recently got back from a deployment and haven't got my car serviced in a year, so I went in for an oil change. With the purchase of my car (2012 Honda Civic Si) I was offered a life-time free oil change. So I get to the dealership and the manager said my lifetime oil changes were voided because I wasn't getting my car serviced when I told him I recently got back from a deployment. I was overseas for over an year and I couldn't get the services. I ended up paying for the oil change and was very mad at the disrespect I got for the manager. Will never be going back to Metro Honda again for services. More

The service was outstanding, and I had my car repaired in an unbelievably short tim I thank everyone at Metro Honda who helped me, when I needed them. The service was outstanding, and I had my car repaired in an unbelievably short time frame.. I was towed into the service area with a seized air conditioner compressor pulley, late on a Friday afternoon. Their mechanic stayed late to complete (until 9<30pm) my repair and had me out the door at 8<30am the next day , with everything in great working order. Best Regards, Robert Yorio More
Scratched my car I had the most miserable experience at this dealership. My experience might be one off but I feel it should be voiced. The representative was cold, unfriendly and unprofessional. I went to get an issue checked out. The mechanic drove the car around for 15 mins and assured me all was well and there was nothing wrong. As I was about to leave, I noticed a nasty scratch on the front bumper and I am confident that it was not there when I brought the car in. I brought it to the attention of the representative, he called the mechanic and both of them denied it claiming that it was an old scratch. There was enough circumstantial evidence against the mechanic since he was driving the car around for 15 mins but in the end it was their word against mine and I pretty much could not do anything about it. I left the dealership bitter and angry. I make a good living in the city and am not the kind of person who schemes to rip off a car dealership. But such LACK OF HONESTY and LACK OF INTEGRITY is appalling and UNBECOMING OF A HONDA DEALERSHIP. Though I have never had any positive experiences at car dealerships or mechanic shops, this was a new low. I am currently thinking of writing to Honda about my experience. The car was pretty much new and in mint condition before they ruined it. More

WOW! WOW! WOW! It is quite amazing to see how a trip to my favorite Honda Dealer in Jersey City has saved me time, money, unnecessary hassle... and unknown stress. It is quite amazing to see how a trip to my favorite Honda Dealer in Jersey City has saved me time, money, unnecessary hassle... and unknown stress. My Baby's Oil change was due. With the tax season deadlines fastly approaching, no professional Tax Director has time in their hands. I personally work twenty hours a day to respond and satisfy a demanding clientele and to remain competitive in a market saturated with tax services most importantly. Geographic location has obliged me to take a trip to another Honda dealer last saturday for a quick oil change. I was satisfied to see how fast the service was done and price was basically affordable ($89.14) for an "Express Service w/Synthetic Oil. Before my car was returned to me, the service manager handed me a list of issues that needed to be taken care of. I was told:" Sir, for your safety i would recommend you to do those services today. We won't be responsible if anything happens after leaving our premises." First of all, I naturally trust the advisors and techs at Metro who are nicer and not pushy. Tuesday night, i took my car for a test at Metro and the results of the previous diagnostic not only were inaccurate, the price for the same services was relatively lower. The service advisor at Metro, with her sense of urgency offered me a loaner for my professional obligations would not allow me to stay as i had customers in line waiting in my office. Before my departure from Metro, the tech invited me to see with my own eyes there was nothing wrong with my rear brakes as stated by the previous Honda Dealer where i was asked $69.95 to do nothing. Big savings! Metro charged me $100 bucks less for the emission. Metro, you guys ROCK! All the very Best!!! More
