Very poor service on scheduled maintenance. Brought my 2003 Pilot in for some routine maintenance. Car is ALWAYS serviced by Honda dealerships. Had tires rotated and balanced and a wheel align Brought my 2003 Pilot in for some routine maintenance. Car is ALWAYS serviced by Honda dealerships. Had tires rotated and balanced and a wheel alignment here. Upon driving home once I hit a speed of around 55mph and above, the steering wheel shimmys. It gets worse as my speed increases. Additionally, after the wheel alignment, my steering wheel is now no longer centered when I'm driving on a straight road. More

AMAZING SERVICE DEPT. I have a Honda Pilot 2014, which I love, but maybe during the last 3 months it has entered at least 3 times to the service center of Hudson Honda, whi I have a Honda Pilot 2014, which I love, but maybe during the last 3 months it has entered at least 3 times to the service center of Hudson Honda, which was a complete disaster, they never found anything wrong with the car "everything was OK" according to them. I was frustrated because I know the noise the car had was not normal. So I decided to take my car to "METRO HONDA" , BEST DECISION !! Only took them 1 visit and they found immediately the problem.
