Super accommodating and helpful! I made an appointment for 4:00pm on the Friday before Christmas, and as I left work in Bergen County before 3:00pm, the GPS said my ETA would be 4:15 I made an appointment for 4:00pm on the Friday before Christmas, and as I left work in Bergen County before 3:00pm, the GPS said my ETA would be 4:15 because of the Holiday traffic rush. I called Metro Honda, and Maggie (?) was super understanding and adjusted my appointment to 4:15. I still arrived a bit later due to the increasing amounts of traffic, but it ended up not being an issue. Gabe promptly helped me and answered all my questions about my upcoming service appointment, and despite being late, he still had my car finished in an hour. Thank you so much Metro Honda!
