Shady Service Advisors I have been receiving the $39.99 Honda Works Special straight from Metro Honda ever since I got my first car in 2015 every month up until now and with I have been receiving the $39.99 Honda Works Special straight from Metro Honda ever since I got my first car in 2015 every month up until now and with this coupon, the service includes the following: Change Engine Oil, Tire Rotation, Multi-Point Inspection, and Battery Check Only thing they do is charge me extra $10 since the coupon is only for conventional oil and not synthetic. Why they send me that coupon knowing I have an Accord that uses synthetic oil? Who knows but since $10 isn’t that much, I don’t mind it. Recently got the new Accord and with over 8300 miles in, it’s due for a tire rotation. I went in today, July 2, 2019 to use the “special” and get my tire rotation in. At first, my service advisor, Steven, tells me that he couldn’t find the coupon on his end and that he’s never seen this coupon before. I told him that before they’ll just charge me extra $10 for the synthetic oil. He says ok and tells me he’ll do that. I then tell him I also want to use the “Tire Rotation” part of of the special but says nothing. Few quiet minutes later, he prints the paper and tells me that it’ll be about two and a half hour wait due to being short staffed from vacations, etc. Waited patiently in the waiting room till 6:35pm and finally got my car. Steven comes, and tells me everything was good.... tells me that I didn’t need the tire rotation pulls out the service paper, and points to the section of how much thread life my tires still have.... thread life... tire rotation....... I may not be a mechanic but really?! What kind of idiot does he think I am? Thread life is tire rotation???!!?!?! I really thought Steven was a cool guy, but he’s shady. Being that I waited almost 3 hours after a 10 hour shift at my job, I paid and left. This place is super shady! Why send coupons to your clients and then when it’s time to redeem/use these so called “specials” it’s nowhere to be found in the system?! Really angry and such a waste of time with this shady place. Never doing business with this place ever again. More

Extremely poor service Car was ready for pickup at 2 pm but when I went to pickup it wasn’t cleaned. Oil change was done in the bill but still showed 40%. Reason told was the service guy forgot to change oil. Had to wait an extra 2 hours and nobody cared to inform me once car was done. I don’t have any confidence now if metro Honda actually did any service or just charged me for those. More

Terribly Saddened and Disappointed Customer I had the worst experience at this dealership to have 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils replaced. I made my appointment in advance and asked to be c I had the worst experience at this dealership to have 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils replaced. I made my appointment in advance and asked to be called, texted, or emailed if it was possible to have the work done. The dealership called and confirmed the appointment and I arrived at 7:30am. When I arrived, no one greeted me. I was standing just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. When the guy did acknowledge me, he told me to drive my car to the door. I did, and a woman pulled in behind me. She got out of her car and sat at the desk of the gentleman who was supposed to be helping me. He looked at me and proceeded to help her. I looked at him, as if to say "What about me?" He just looked at me and said "Anyone can help you." I stood there while the other people were transfixed on computer screens or cell phones. Finally, the only female that was there asked me was I being helped. I told her what had happened and she helped me. I was sent into the waiting room at 7:50 am and no one updated me about the status of my car until I texted the service app and wrote, " I know your are very busy, but can you please let me know what is going on with my car? I have been here since 7:30 am and was told to sit in the waiting room until you arrived. No one has said anything to me about my car. Is this normal operating procedure here?" That was sent to him at 11:49am. He responded at 1:02 pm through a return text, " Hey McArthur, I apologize for not communicating with you. Your vehicle is being worked on, we just needed to wait on parts to come in which took a really long time. Also this job on this car takes a really long time to do." The next time I heard from him was at 2:53pm "The work is done on your vehicle, the technician is running tests on it to make sure your car is good to go." I didn't get me car until 4:30pm! 4:30pm. for 6 spark plugs and 6 ignition coils, since 7:30 am. Then to add injury to insult, they took it upon themselves to give me an old change, which I never asked for. I told the guy, that I had not requested an oil change. He said no problem and said that he would take it off. He made changes on the form to indicate that he had removed the charge, but in fact he added the charges under miscellaneous and inflated the price of the service to include the oil change. Just unbelievable!!! I am so disappointed in the dishonest billing practice and poor customer service that I received. I was told that I was a part of the MetroHonda family when I purchased the vehicle in April of 2019. If this is the way Metro Honda treats family, then I don't want to be a part of this family. Long gone are the days when businesses and its customers share a mutual loyalty with each other. I was loyal to take my car to the dealership in which I purchased it, because I wanted to be a loyal customer. Metro Honda didn't share the same sentiment. I am a very disappointed customer. I can't even express in words how horrible my experience was. I am recanting my recommendations that I gave to my colleagues about purchasing from this dealer. They take your money and treat you terribly after they have gotten it. So disappointed. More

METRO HONDA - WORLD CLASS SERVICE My experience with METRO HONDA was very pleasant and professional, Elvis ,the service adviser, listened to my concerns in regards to my automobile and My experience with METRO HONDA was very pleasant and professional, Elvis ,the service adviser, listened to my concerns in regards to my automobile and advised me on the warranty options from HONDA CARE which I am very glad I had purchased from the beginning. He was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. He expediently write up paper work and had me on my way while they diagnosed what problems with the car that I have been having. Within the a couple days they have notified me that they have found the issue and other problems which would be covered by my HONDA CARE warranty. I really appreciate the care and attentiveness that Metro Honda and Elvis the service adviser have given me.
