My CRV has an issue with the AC. After coming her several time, it still hasn’t been fixed. At first, they did a recall on the compression, the AC still had problem. Bring the car in the fourth time, Tony ( service supervisor) said hopefully in 2,3 days I can put in the car because right now they don’t have any rental car available. Until today, it’s been almost 2 weeks and my AC won’t even turn on at all, I haven’t heard anything from them More

I recently took my father's vehicle due to transmission problems on a 2019 Honda pilot. Service did a transmission flush. The car continued and continues to have problems. I took the vehicle once again and service advisor Israel Granados suggested I do another transmission flush which cost over $300 and said the first flush wasn't the correct one. I said I was quoted over the phone $129 which I called in front of him and he still denied it. Remember guys service advisor and sales agents work on commission. I asked to speak to the manager and then Gary Hidalgo came and said he was the director. Which he is not! Tony Maldonado is the Director. Gary was very rude and disrespectful. These guys just want your money so becareful. They work on commission and expect an excellent survey.That's why they bribe you with a free car wash and remind you on the survey for excellent service. They refused to diagnose the vehicle once again when the vehicle is still under warranty. In the past I would bring my vehicles here, but not anymore. I contacted Honda Corporation regarding this problem and the transmission problems with these vehicles. Remember speak up and if nothing is done contact a lemon law lawyer. Always keep records. More

Everytime I get my service done here something always happen First of all when you make a appt at 8am does not matter if you have a appt or not.. they still take forever. Brian d ambrosia said it would take 2-3 hours for my car to get serviced so I get a shuttle to take me home. I call him at 11:30 which is now 3 and half hours into the service and he said car is ready. Ok I ask him for the shuttle. He said it was out but that he would let them know. I call at 1:30 and speak to Sandra and tell her I’m waiting 2 hours for my shuttle. She said they have 2 shuttles and it was in Pomona And she would tell Brian. I get a call at almost 2 from shuttle saying he’s on his way. Arrive at dealer and Brian is on the phone and still continues to call me christy which I told him 10 times my name is charity. But ok. John ends up signing me out. Last time I had the same problem. My appt for 8am and called at 4pm asking if my car was ready and they said ya since 11 but no one ever called me and they said shuttle was going to be stopped.
