Very disappointed. Went to the dealership after I got a flat, to get a new tire. this is after I found out that I have locks on my tire which they never told me about w Went to the dealership after I got a flat, to get a new tire. this is after I found out that I have locks on my tire which they never told me about when I bought the vehicle or gave me a key to unlock the locks on the tires. After a couple of tow trucks finally were able to assist me and I make it to the dealership they tell me that they do not carry the tires..... so Honda sold me a car with tires they do not carry and the only thing I could do because they could not order the tire, was to have the locks removed from the vehicle so I could take it somewhere else where they easily found the tire in less than 24 hours. I felt like Honda could care less about helping me. The staff was nice and professional, I dont have a complaint with the staff, but I am disappointed with Honda in general. Those commercials about acts of kindness? That must be only towards non Honda customers. What does Honda think really matters whem people are thinking about buying a car? what the commercials say or what potential users will hear directly from Honda owners? This Honda owner will not be recommending to anyone to buy a Honda. More

Tail Light Replacement Greeted promptly and the timeline for ordering part was explained which helped in making my decision to return the next day at 10am easy. Good Service Customer Service (Professionalism) was very good. However I had only asked just for the brakes to be looked at (& anything that may relate). There was a transmission service that I did not ask for and do not remember anyone saying I needed it. I also requested to have the TPMS checked because the yellow "TPMS" was lit up. When I came and picked up my car, and as I was leaving, I noticed it was still lit up. On the paper work, it allegedly shows that it was checked and that is was ok. If it's ok, then why is it still lit up? No explanation. More
