First Time I brought my Honda Accord in for its first service this morning. I came early, but did not have to wait. The professional staff was courteous, and Gordon clearly described what the process would be. During the service, one of the technicians actually found a note for me that had been placed on my windshield, but evidently had dropped out of sight. He brought it to me, and as a result, I am able to follow up on some other things not related to the service. All work was done quickly, and the complimentary carwash was done thoroughly. I definitely will come back the next time service is needed. More

I knew buying a car, and specially my first car at dealer, I recently bought a Honda Civic at Metro Honda in Montclair CA. The experience was awesome. I knew buying a car, and specially my first car at dealer, would be a tough and stressful decision... but since first second I drop my old car to walk around Honda Cars experience was great. Great customer service ... not forced at all to buy something... first we were attended by a Asian salesman but he gently drove us to a coworker to help us with the language. Later we knew it was his first week at Metro Honda and he was been working hard. thumbs up to this salesperson because although he drove us to other coworker he attended us nicely. Then Seve (Esteban) did a great great great job showing us and explained details of different cars. Besides his nice behavior made it easy. Once we finished tours he passed us to a product specialist, Armando Monsalve, who explained us about real thing about a car ... $$$ numbers ... wow patiently he explained everything needed. Although my wife knew she was going to buy a car few months ahead ( not that day) we decided to go home so she would be able to decide. Then he offered us to look at other cars 0 mileage where soon she got impressed with a 2016 Honda Civic Touring ... I never expected my wife buying a Touring series ... Armando and his supervisor ( nice and very professional supervisor indeed) did everything possible in finance to close the deal. It was of course a long experience but completely worth time ... we ended up closing the dealer with Finance Manager Mr Sanders who in a very nice and familiarity dialogue explained the contract and giving us all and best options and getting out with a gorgeous Silver Honda Civic Touring... she Waited 17 years to buy a new car ... what a pleasure having those people taking care of it Because they closed the dealer and still needed to explain basic settings of this car they agreed to explained us if we wanted even they were closed but we agreed to meet next day and let them go with their families ... a brief explanation could have waited for following day. Don't remember names of everyone but experience was great. I am a chevy owner but if I should have to get a car ... Metro Honda would be on my bucket list for sure. More
