Excellent Service & Attitude The driver-side window regulator had failed the night before on our 2007 Element, so it was open and had to be rectified immediately. The AC had als The driver-side window regulator had failed the night before on our 2007 Element, so it was open and had to be rectified immediately. The AC had also stopped working recently, and with a week of 100 degree weather on the way, it had to be fixed as well. I've had an excellent experience anytime I've been to Metro Honda for a repairs, Joseph King was fantastic, with a great attitude and big smile and assured me the service would be done the same day, which was crucial. Upon the initial review, Joe shared with me that the AC issue was actually a relay (and not the compressor, thank God,) which lowered the cost of the projected repair considerably. Both issues were indeed rectified as stated. I'd recommend Metro Honda and Joseph King in a heartbeat. More
