My appointment was at 7:15 am on Friday, July 21st, 2017 at Metro Honda but I got there little before 7 am. The people were very active and show care to the all of customers were in service line. This was a quite of new experience that I didn't have before compare to other Car Dealers. Mr. Gordon Jackson came to me with very courteously and asked me why I was here and I replied to him that I am here for the recall on batter fire. He then provide an estimated time for service, offer a complimentary car wash and multi-point vehicle inspections. Mr. Gordon Jackson is a true professional service representative and I was extremely satisfied with his service. More
