Went in for oil change and very satisfied. This is my first time going to this dealer near my house to change my car's oil. My advisor is Gordon Jackson. It took me no less than 10 mins to go through all process before they do the service. He offer me to get shuttle to home. The shuttle service is only till 4pm but he still makesure if someone would pick me up when the car is ready. Everything going smooth and very satisfied. If you go there, ask for Gordon Jackson. Sunday Okonkwo is All I have to say is thank you Sunday! We just bought a 2017 Honda Pilot AWD and we could not be more satisfied with the process. Sunday Okonkwo is the only car salesman I have ever bought a car from, even though I have dealt with many other sales staff and been to other Honda dealerships (i.e. Rock Honda and Penske). This is my families second Honda we have purchased from Metro and I wouldn't go anywhere else. Sunday is a great guy and helps you get into the vehicle you want without the high pressure that you get from other dealerships and sales staff. Another thing that I love is that he knows about the cars he is selling. I have always walked away from here feeling satisfied and I have never felt taken advantage of. My wife and I recommended Metro and Sunday to my sister-in-law and she ended up purchasing a used vehicle from Metro. I would highly recommend going to Metro Honda if your looking for a Honda, or even a used car and be sure to ask for Sunday and you'll see what I'm talking about. More
