Thorough and efficient service All servicing today was great. They were efficient and thorough in their inspection, recommending areas that needed attention. During previous servici All servicing today was great. They were efficient and thorough in their inspection, recommending areas that needed attention. During previous servicing experiences they would wash my car upon request. They have changed their process whereby they give you a code to their express wash which you use for your complimentary wash. I don’t mind taking my car through the car wash so they can focus on the next customer. However, the code given did not work and I had to call the service rep for further assistance, which she was unable to provide. After several unsuccessful tries, I was finally able to obtain the assistance of the porter operating the car wash. The technical issue needs attention More

Fixed my issue Came in for an oil change and had them check out a weird noise. They looked into it, had me test drive to demonstrate the noise and then test drove it Came in for an oil change and had them check out a weird noise.
