I live in Brooklyn, made appointment for services because the local mechanics were booked for weeks, and in middle of the way they called to cancel with an excuse that they are understaffed. I made an appointment a few days later, called them to confirm that i will be serviced, and they said “sure, come over.” I arrived after an hour drive, and they again said they are overbooked and understaffed. It didn’t matter that they already canceled my appointment once, or that I specifically called to confirm that they will service my car or the fact that I came all the way from brooklyn. Would’ve given zero stars if it was possible. Brandon is the guy who would not take care of my car. More

We were victims of hurricane Ida our car was totaled and had to wade through floodwater and we told them all of this and it didn't seem to matter we never even got a courtesy call. More

Your technician William is the worst. He doesn't know how to treat people. He is condescending and rude. I left my car on a Thursday September 2nd. 2021 at 10 for a flat tire and kept calling all day and Fri to treat people. He is condescending and rude. I left my car on a Thursday September 2nd. 2021 at 10 for a flat tire and kept calling all day and Friday all day and leaving messages for him to tell me an update on my car and he never called me!!!! Due to work I couldn't go in person until Saturday morning that I finally met a decent human being and employee Elvis who actually updated me on my car status and helped me get my car fixed as soon as he could. I picked up my car on Tuesday September 7th afternoon almost a week after leaving it because your horrible employee William didn't have the decency to call me with an update either on Thursday or Friday. You shouldn't have an employee like William working for your company. And should give a raise to the nicest guy Elvis Orellana who actually works because he likes what he does and has an amazing customer service skills. More
