It was terrible, terrible. First of all I had to wait for long time to get someone to talk to me. I had myself to get from the car and ask a person to help . That person has such bad attitude. Then , I was long time to get someone to talk to me. I had myself to get from the car and ask a person to help . That person has such bad attitude. Then , I was told that they will call me , I never received the call . I called myself it was a nightmare. The service department never picked the phone , I tried the operator many many time just to get someone to see my car was fixed. By the way it was only for an oil change, it took more than 3 hours.
