My brand new car 2022 is still not registered now they are still asking for money this is only long story short. Plus went to service car and they tried to make me pay co pay I will never go to a Honda dealership again next car I get will be 100 percent paid for also I live in ny. Will never go to Jersey ever again for car no freaking way. So technically they get no stars ⭐️ More

I went to Metro Honda in JC, to have my lower engine cover replaced. The dealership order the item , I paid for the part and labor and was told when the part comes in I would rece engine cover replaced. I NEVER RECEIVED A CALL, I HAD TO CALL THE PARTS DEPT TO FIND OUT IF THE ITEM WAS IN, PART DEPT TOLD ME IT WAS. I went to the dealership 12/17/2021 at 12:00 waited for a service advisor to help me 20 mins. one person before me, lurch showed up and a service advisor handed out lunch to the other advisors {no problem with that} They drove my car off and I waited for 2 and half hours to be told the wrong part was order , the advisor stated it was the Fulfillment center sent the wrong part . I found the box the part came in because I watch them bring my car in, it sat on the lift for 30 mins before anyone touch it. I understand we all make mistakes but for me to wait almost 3 hours for bolt on , then told they would reorder the part and I would have come back on 12/21/21 . I work in UHNJ Newark NJ . the traffic at 3 pm bumper to bumper The waiting was not expectable at all . I understand I had to wait but 3 hrs for bold part and then to be told the wrong part was order and I PAID FOR PARTS AND LABOR TOP DOLLAR AND NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK AND WAIT AGAIN . A service advisor gave his business card and for me to call him on 12/20/21 to find out if the part arrived , NICE CUSTOMER SERVICE . IF I DONT RECEIVE MY PART AND INSTALL ON 12/22/2021 I WILL ASK FOR A FULL REFUND NEVER AND HAVE MY CAR SERVICED AT METRO HOND OF JC . AGAIN . When I lived in Piscataway NJ went to VIP HONDA ON ROUTE 22 great service when I ordered part I would receive a call that it was in never a problem . More
