I like service department staff Mr. Nicholas Newman who is very professional and courteous. He listened to my concern carefully and drove my car to technician to find out what is causing the noises from wiping, finally my old front wiper rubber blades replaced, i only paid the parts $28.08 and wiper install is free no charge, now my car front wipers no noises at all and I am totally satisfied with the service. More

Do not go to metro honda jersey city service center with their own service special coupons. The first thing they will tell you is this includes only partial service. I went there with their timing belt repl their own service special coupons. The first thing they will tell you is this includes only partial service. I went there with their timing belt replacement special coupon and lady said that coupon does not cover entire package. So why it was not mentioned in the coupon. When I took appointment, I had asked lady if this coupon is valid. Reception lady did not say that this is partial service coupons. In fact I showed coupons from other honda dealers, the associate said please go to them as it will not cover part cost. I used the same coupon couple of years back for my other car. Pathetic. They put coupon online for you to drive you here. More

Terrible customer service. I wasn’t acknowledged when I arrived. There were three guys sitting at their desks not doing much and the only woman was doing everything.
