I was looking for a new car and text dove a Civic coupe and an Accord Coupe. The salesperson put me in the cars without showing me its features, and with one car he even asked me if there was enough gas in and an Accord Coupe. The salesperson put me in the cars without showing me its features, and with one car he even asked me if there was enough gas in the tank. He took no time at all to show me the features that would make me want to buy the cars. The sales office called me INCESSANTLY and even went as far as to leave voicemails and sounding irritated with my inability to respond immediately. They were not very understanding when it came to me not responding immediately because I have a busy work schedule. What's more, the sales office NEVER gave me the full price of the vehicle. Instead, I was given "monthly estimates". I was so dissatisfied with the operations and professionalism with this dealership that I went elsewhere and even to a different automotive brand. This dealership is bad for business, and the Honda brand name. Point blank. More
Last year I wanted to buy new Accord V6 . I did an online research, a couple of days later I received a call from Metro Honda telling me that they had the car in stock with the color that I wanted, for a pr research, a couple of days later I received a call from Metro Honda telling me that they had the car in stock with the color that I wanted, for a price below the book value.I live in New York but I had no problems going to another state to save $3000.Upon arrival I was greeted by the person that lured me into dealership,I was assign a sales Rep and given a test drive. Then the real price was given they claimed it is impossible that they gave me that quote.Futhermore, that quote was for a four cylinder Accord. I was called a liar to my face and belittled in front of my kids. Please anyone who is in the market for a new Honda, please save yourself the embarassment. Their sales pitch were " We sell thousands of Hondas every month that is why we can give you a quote below the MSRP. More
I came into the dealership off of a price quote I got from them on the internet. I met with a salesman named Marcus. I told him I only wanted a black civic coupe and that I didn't want all the frills o from them on the internet. I met with a salesman named Marcus. I told him I only wanted a black civic coupe and that I didn't want all the frills or packages they offered. He showed me the base model and explained all the features. Needless to say that price was a big issue for me when shopping. Not only did they honor the price quote they sent me, but they even took a few bucks off. I love the new car and Marcus even called me a week after I bought the car to see if I was still happy with it. Good job Metro Honda! More
The sales man is dishonest. I quoted online and the sales called me and gave me an "unbelievable" price. However, when I went to this dealership, the sales and his manager questioned me and implied I was lyi called me and gave me an "unbelievable" price. However, when I went to this dealership, the sales and his manager questioned me and implied I was lying. In addition, they printed out a fake sheet to show me that I agreed with that stupid price on the phone. I believe what they wanna do is trying to sell you a car just little below its MSRP. As my bad experience with the salesman and his manager, you should avoid going there unless you want to be cheated. More
I would have been fortunate if I read the reviews of this dealer before I bought my 2009 Honda Civic from them. When purchasing the Business Manager lied to me that installing Lo-Jack (which is about $900 in dealer before I bought my 2009 Honda Civic from them. When purchasing the Business Manager lied to me that installing Lo-Jack (which is about $900 in price) will reduce my insurance premium in great amounts. He said the comprehensive part of the insurance is about 50% of the total amount, and out of the comprehensive amount about 25% is saved when you install the Lo-Jack. Because of that reason, I decided to purchase Lo-Jack. But when I got quotes from Insurance companies, I can save only 3 dollars per six months. i.e. savings of only 75 cents per month. I called them the next business day and asked to cancel the Lo-Jack (before it getting installed in my car). They asked me to try other insurance providers as well. But the result was the same. I then tried to contact the dealer again and again keeping number of voice messages, but they didn't get back. About 4 days after I could get hold of the business manager again and he now says he cannot cancel Lo-Jack. My $900 payment is in vein. They are trying to cheat the people and earn money. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL. More
I wish I had read the reviews on this board before I went to this dealership as they tried to pull the same tricks one me. First they said they had the car I wanted in the color I wanted. When I came in fo to this dealership as they tried to pull the same tricks one me. First they said they had the car I wanted in the color I wanted. When I came in for the car they asked, "what's your second favorite color." I told them I only had a first favorite color which is the one they told me they had in. Then I had the manager come over and try to get me to take a car of a different color which I refused. Then they finally told me they did not have car in the trim levels and color I wanted. I then told him the price I had from other dealerships and that they would beat any written offer. They then called me again to say they had the vehicle I wanted in the color I wanted. I then showed them the written offer which has everything specified. They then told me this offer was for an EX and not an EXL when the written offer clearly said EXL. THey were just lying to me instead of saying they could not beat the offer as they had promised. I decided to leave this dealership and went to the one that has given me the written offer and bought the car. Dont waste your time with this dealership. More

I was shopping around for a Honda Accord. Most of the dealers quoted low prices and when i went in, they tried to jack the price up. When i went to Metro Honda they honored the internet price i had been dealers quoted low prices and when i went in, they tried to jack the price up. When i went to Metro Honda they honored the internet price i had been sent and also threw in some freebies. My sales rep John was a good guy who helped me get what i wanted and didn't treat me like a rookie. Overall the dealership is a friendly place and the people are all active and engaging. The car came out fresh and clean with no problems at all. It left a very good impression on me and i' recommend this dealer to all my friends. When i picked up my plates John told me that I had received a navigation unit as part of a promotion which i wasn't aware of at first, it was a great ending to my vehicle purchase at Metro. While i was there i also checked out the service department which was clean and active. Looking fowrd to going back.. More
